Create custom digitally printed booklets bound with a Double Loop wire coil or Plastic Spiral threaded through the individual pages. The binding may be at the top of the bound booklet, such as for a calendar or notebook, or on the left for traditional booklets.

Wire-O and Spiral binding allows pages to open to a full 360 degrees, which allows pages to turn easily and the bound booklet to stay open with no need for users to hold the booklet open. The lay-flat pages are ideal for note taking, as well as presentations unimpeded by the spine and binding. The Wire-O or Spiral binding method also accommodates pages of varying thickness, inviting inserts like dividers or index tabs. Wire-O or Spiral binding provides an ease of use that’s ideal for reference booklets, index booklets, reports, guidebooks, calendars, and any booklet that should accommodate note taking.

Finishing Methods

Spiral Binding
Pages are first collated and oval holes are punched through the binding edge, along with any cover, the clear acetate and the black leatherette backer.  A Spiral coil is then run through these holes, nipped off and tucked in at each end.

Wire-O Binding
Pages are first collated and square hole are punched through the binding edge, along with any cover, the clear acetate and the black leatherette backer.  A Wire-O coil is then run through these holes, nipped off and tucked in at each end.
